The New Beginnings service is a session fully dedicated to educating you on your natural hair, letting go of hair and practices that no longer serve and building your new healthy haircare regimen. The service includes a thorough hair history and hair goal consultation, shampoo and treatment, big chop, and lastly we will choose your final style based on your current hair state and needs, whether that be a wash and go or finger coil style.

Ready to start your healthy hair journey but unsure where to begin? This consultation is designed just for you. During your session, we’ll discuss your hair history, goals, current products, and develop a personalized at-home hair care regimen tailored to your needs. This service does NOT include styling but provides dedicated time with Kayli to help you confidently move forward in your hair care journey.

$25.00 deposit required for new clients

All potential color clients are required to have an in person consultation. We'll discuss hair history and goals. All color services range from $75-$100 per hour and at minimum can take 4-6+ hours. Pricing is NOT discussed prior to the color consultation. We may conduct a strand test to see how your hair lifts and/or patch test to ensure that you don't have any allergies or sensitivities. Once complete, Kayli will schedule your color service. Kayli does NOT do same day consultation/color appointments, color corrections or color locs. Please arrive to this appointment with clean, detangled and blown out hair.

All potential extension clients must attend an in-person consultation. We’ll discuss your hair history, lifestyle, and goals, then analyze your hair to determine the best extension texture for your install. Once we agree on the extension type, texture, and length, a deposit will be required to order your extensions. Installation appointments will be scheduled once the hair arrives. Kayli offers tape-in, k-tip, i-tip and microlink extensions and only installs hair from her trusted vendor.

The process includes a scalp analysis, a deep cleanse to refresh your hair, a tailored treatment to nourish and hydrate, and a blow-out followed by flat-ironing for a sleek, glossy finish. Perfect for kinky, coily, or curly hair types, this service leaves your hair smooth, soft, and full of body—no chemicals involved. (This service is for client's who have been serviced by Kayli within the last 12 weeks. Client's who have not been in 12 weeks or have never been serviced by Kayli are considered new client's and must book under the New Client Experience.)

This add-on is for clients arriving with severely tangled or matted hair. It includes a thorough and gentle detangling process to remove knots and restore manageability, ensuring your hair is prepped for the best results.
